From 1995 till 2001, Dan produced the Chris Evans’ Breakfast show on BBC Radio 1FM and then Virgin Radio in London, for Evans production company Ginger.
As soon as the night sweats stopped, he realised he needed to make a living again, so he moved into the familiar world, of composing music.

In his former life as a sound engineer / musician, Dan mixed sound & wrote music for Channel 4's, The Big Breakfast. He also created the jingles and imaging for Chris Evans' Radio 1 & Virgin radio shows.

That lead onto voice overs and music on
Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush & TFI Friday.
Dan was originally trained in TV sound at the end of the eighties, by Thames TV supremo, Bruce Englefield, who dubbed the Benny Hill Shows, Morecambe & Wise, Ken Dodd and loads more.

Dan's career has also taken him through, presenting, voice overs,
script editing, writing, producing, project managing, directing and of course composing.
